Order was wrong and small selection available then got home and the potatos where not even mixed they where still powder form then tried to call and no one would answer all night!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give this location zero stars... they don't deserve one star. I already contacted corporate but I figured I would leave a review as well. I went through the drive-thru off of Jeffco Boulevard in Arnold Missouri tonight. My son a chicken strip meal and myself a classic chicken sandwich with french fries. I was asked to pull forward because they had to make hot fresh food in when I got home two minutes later everything was ice cold. Not to mention they only put one chicken strip in my child's chicken strip meal and my chicken sandwich wasn't a chicken sandwich. They put two little chicken strips on a sandwich and I paid for a classic chicken sandwich I tried calling the restaurant but nobody answers. I will never visit this location again but they will be getting a phone call for me when they open up tomorrow. Not to mention I really want corporate to reach out to me. The female at the window was so rude and couldn't even give me my receipt.

If I could give it 0 I would. Not trying to be that Karen but I sat in the line not moving for 25 minutes. What takes so long to make fast food chicken. I’m waiting longer than if I just went to a sit down restaurant. I got places to be, and I don’t wanna spend almost half an hour in a stand still at kfc
