Stop by at times when I am in the area as I live about 25 miles south in Brevard, NC. At around 3:00 Monday 01/24/2022 ordered 16 piece chicken original no sides. Nice lady at window took my $32+ and then informed me no wings - OK no big deal just substitute. An hour later had dinner and what a disappointment - it was like the chicken had been sitting to long and/or just old. No taste, tough and just not what I am use to. I know everyone is short staffed but I am tired of that excuse. No way I will be back and I will call the store when they open today and request a refund. I hate to complain but the madness of just blowing it off and moving on is over for me.

Quick service. Friendly staff I love the fries but what kind of hours is 12 to 7. That's terrible. Needs to be 10 to 9 at least. But 12 to 7 is a joke and they have lost my business do to only being open 12 to 7. I work during those hours so unless they change there hours I wont be back to KFC
