worst service ever! girl that was supposed to be taking orders to busy sitting at a table talking to a older man. employees seemed to have no direction or management! people waiting to long for their food, several drive thru orders wrong and people coming in to get their correct order.

KFC is starting to get REALLY old.. don't eat at the one in weaverville .. I asked how much it was for chicken legs, if I just bought a few by themselves!! For 10 min, they had no idea what I was asking I mean, COME ON... once they almost grasped this simple concept, they then said "it's A 1$ UPCHARGE , PER leg, on a meal..". What?! For one, that's not what I asked, for two, I said "so you're telling me it's a dollar more per leg, on A MEAL... and that means, you're going to charge me all that, for less meat? ".. they actually said yes, we are going to charge u for less meat.. smh.. never mind, that's NOT what I asked.. KFC still owes me 3 meals from a year ago lol.. not sure I want those, seen as I've caught them using spatulas in the parking lot, to get gum off the ground !! And have confronted them about dropping the food, just to pick it up and put it back in the buffet thing..GROSS!! Even down to a manager picking their nose while handling of the food... Bojangles seems to get it right... KFC is outta control!!
