I feel compelled to share by experience from today. You see, I have childhood memories of KFC being great. My father would buy KFC nearly every mother's day so my mom wouldn't have to cook dinner. It wasn't the best, but we all enjoyed it. Today was very different. I want to the KFC on Louetta and 249 (for the first time in about 5 years). I downloaded the app and ordered ahead. We arrived, and they told me that my order had already been picked up - but I am me, and I didn't get it. They said they'd re-make it - no problem. I asked for for our cups. The drink machine looked like a disaster and was in serious need of deep-cleaning. I pushed the ice-dispenser and got 2 ice cubes AND AN ORANGE BALLPOINT PEN FELL INTO MY CUP. I'm not even joking! I walked to the counter, my stomach in knots, now, as I contemplated germs mixing...
