My review consists of an experience. I visited on the evening of Dec. 8. While going in to pick up my order, I tripped on the uneven papers at the entrance. My friend in the car had to help me up. He then went inside to find the employees standing around chatting. He received NO acknowledgement of his presence, picked up our order from the counter and left.I sat on the pavement bleeding for a number of minutes. Don't you have cameras?

WOW. I unable to fathom what transpired at this KFC. Customer goes in and orders food. All is well, customer gets food and leaves. Customer returns and this is when it goes downhill. Apparently the employee provided the wrong type of chicken to the customer. Customer was a little bothered. Employees instead of de-escalating the situation made it worse and crated a big scene where another random person(assuming one of the employees significant other) came into the argument and made things way worse. When leaving woman made off comment and called the man the N word as he was driving off with female driver. Overall this was a horrible experience. I am unable to imagine bringing my family to this establishment with all of these things going on here. Think my kids would have been tramatized.
