Stopped and ordered the #2 combo meal that consist of 2 breast and a wing. When I only opened the box there was only 1 breast. Can’t go back and question it because I didn’t get a receipt. Usually don’t have problem with this restaurant even with stafff shortages.

Placed an order on their app at 536 in the evening as soon as I did it said that the order was ready. Went to pick it up with confirmation number and everything and they tell me they have no order and that they had nothing to do with the app. Continued to tell me it was doordash which it wasn’t and that they couldn’t do anything about it since “it never came up on their screen”. I was charged and they said I had to figure out how to get my money back from the app because they say they have nothing to do with the app. They are disrespectful on top of it.

We had a really bad service in here is the worst KFC I had visit...we order online extra crispy chicken and when we arrive for pick it up they say will give us half and half crispy and original just for being lazy to make the want we buy online so I just so disappointed and they should hire more professional staff...
