This was the most disgusting KFC meal I have ever had The biscuits were dry the chicken there was no chicken it was just breading and bones and now they won't answer their phone. Spent $50 on this garbage.

Terrible. Do not try the beyond chicken nuggets, the texture is just gross and the breading doesn't stick. They definitely falsely advertise this product, as they are using real chicken in the commercial.

Customer service was awful. Was told in the drive thru that they only do one order per vehicle and we would have to drive around again for a second order. Second time in a week trying to order the pot pies. First time was at 1pm and told they wouldn't be ready until 4pm. Second time was just before 6pm and was told they just sold out. When I displayed my frustration and incredulity they cursed at all of us in the vehicle and told us to leave. One employee even threatened to come out to the vehicle. When I requested a manager, it was evidently the manager cursing at us through the drive-thru speaker. I would not recommend this restaurant in Albion at all.
