Food is good. Customer service is not. I went through the drive thru. The employee that handed me my drinks did not put one of the cups fully into the cup holder. This caused the drink to fall out and spill in the car when he was passing it to me. He did not apologize and just gave me a handful of napkins to wipe it up.

Forgot Fries and took too long even though we were the only customers

Service is bad. Customer service is bad. Chicken isn't KFC quality or KFC standard. Original style chicken coating is dry, lumpy, and tastes weird. Not going to this KFC any longer.
