The fast talk accusatory gal at the counter 1/4 is rude and unfriendly. She should be instructed to tone down the attitude. Not the first time a decision maker has made a bad call.

First the forgot the fries, then go inside and wait ten mins while they ignore the other customers ahead of me, then act like it's my fault and make me wait another 5 mins for cold fries!! Trash employees working on Sunday December 19th 2021!!!

The tenders were soo over cooked and dry they were inedible. Literally could not chew them could not break them open either. Supposed to get sauce, they didn't give it to us and charged for gravy. Biscuits were good. Fries were OK. Staff apathetic. Spent $40 bucks there then had to take kids next door to McDonald's so they could eat. Reported it online before we left the restaurant, no response back from corporate yet and its been over 24 hours. We will never return to this KFC.
