They are very rude. This store needs to close down. They never have any food. I was told to go home and cook! Very very rude!!!!! I will be reporting them!!!!

I recieved my door dash order from here a little while ago which was a 16 piece meal with 4 sides and a chicken bowl. When my door dash driver dropped off food I call KFC immediately to let them know I only recieved 4 pieces of chicken 3 sides and my chicken bowl but missing 12 pieces of chicken gravy and fries. The girl who answered the phone started talking to the guy who put my order together and I heard him repeat multiple times "No she is lying" . When I told the girl I was not lying and offered to come get the missing items from my $68 order I was told the door dash driver must have the items if I was not lying. Like what?? I was told there was nothing they could do. I then called door dash customer support and explained what happened and how I did not believe the driver stole 1/2 of my food I was able to get a full refund ( since I guess I am a VIP member because I order at least 4 times a week and never have had anything like this happen). The door dash customer support lady kept apologizing for how KFC treated me. I get you get busy and accidents happen that is why I offered to come pick up missing items but do not tell your customers they are lying or try to blame a driver who has no idea what I ordered. If you want to work with the public you need to learn how to speak and treat your customers. I will be contacting the supervisor and manager but from what I see from reviews nothing gets resolved.
