I sent my in-laws to get dinner. The bucket was half empty. We wanted original and ended up with half and half. I do not eat crispy. So I got no dinner. Really bad service.

Pretty sure the meal comes with TWO drums and a thigh. Oh and I also ordered an extra biscuit. This isn’t the first time my order was wrong. We used to eat at KFC all the time and this is just a remember of why we don’t anymore. Missing a drum and the extra biscuit and THIS drum was no bigger than half of my palm.
