Yeah this is one of those places that the food was so good you don't really care too much about much else going on lol

The food is pretty good. I ordered the chicken and rice donburi and it was pretty good. The chicken was very crispy. I also tried the cream tteokbokki which is a carbonara sauce. Rather than the long, traditional shape they use small tteokbokki balls for this. While I really enjoyed this, I felt that it was a bit pricey for the amount they gave me. I'd get it again though since it was pretty goodIt's also nice that this place is open till fairly late. So if it's a good option if you're looking for a late night bite in the Annandale area

Khan Japanese Kitchen & Bar is located in Seoul Plaza Shopping Center at the very left hand side when you enter the mall via the main entrance. Unlike a lot of the Japanese Izakaya restaurants where their food tends be salty, Khan's food (tried about 6 different dishes) was great. I actually commented on this, and the answer I got was that the owner invited the main chef from overseas -- after hearing this, it made a lot of sense that the food did not taste like the Americanized version of Japanese Izakaya.
