Kim Son Cafe in Houston

Not bad for take out. I always love a good bowl of Pho when it's cold outside. This place was open so I ordered it on Uber Eats. I got the Hue spicy beef Pho, regular size. The broth was just warm when it came so I popped it in the microwave. I love my broth steamy hot! Bean sprouts, and cabbage came in zip lock. I would have liked more than one slice of lime and jalapeño. The beef slices were thick and tender. They used a thicker white noodle than the typical Vietnamese vermicelli noodle. Overall the broth flavor was good, I would have wanted more spicy. I still was full and satisfied.

He was a short Asian man with blue eyes(contacts I assume)He rudely told me (his accent was thick so I couldn’t fully understand everything he said word for word)“You think you can come to my restaurant without signing (pointing at a receipt I had assumed was from another order) and get away with my food?”(Again, no one had informed me about signing anything, I was just shown where the food was for me to pick up)I was already running late so I didn’t wan...

Been here a couple times and the food is ok. In my last visit the waiter said my coupon was good. When paying for my meal, the manger was rude after I showed him my coupon and he refused to honor the discount. I will not come here again and will advise others as well. The food at Kim Son Bellaire location is much better and the staff don’t discriminate their customers like this Kim Son Cafe location.
