Bad food. Had stomach issues. Had hair in our fried rice. The meat seemed old. Beware!!!

Wow, I can't believe I haven't rated this place yet. One of the best, most unassuming viết restaurants in Houston! It's a white building that you would usually drive by without thinking anything of it; this incredibly sweet family runs it and their food is absolutely amazing no matter what you get. We personally love A4 (I forget the name) a deliciously savory egg pancake of sorts with a dipping sauce. As far as everything else we usually go with our craving of the day but have never been disappointed. Stop by here for lunch some time (not open after 8) and I promise you won't regret it.

After eating it I actually prefer Kim Tai's version because it's lighter and not so heavy. I would definitely order again. Tofu Rock n Roll (Dau Hu Luc Lac) This is a vegetarian spin on a popular Vietnamese dish - Bo Luc Lac. The crispy tofu was amazing and the glaze from the sauce very savory. I would also order this again. Beef stew with egg noodles (Mi Bo Kho) This dish fell a little short for me. I can't pinpoint the fault on the dish, it's just not up to par from what I've tried from other places before. It's an okay dish possibly better with French Bread variant and not egg noodles.
