The food is always good. At this time, my complain is about the waiting time. I’ve placed my order by phone, requesting 35 minutes for pick up. However, when I got there my order wasn’t ready. Totality, the wait time was 1h20min. If it’s busy, be honest about the waiting time. . It is really disrespectful to make a customer wait much more like this. It is only one person dealing with phone, apps orders, pick ups... it should have more people working during busy days.
