My brother threw a pool party and catered the food from Kings BBQ. He ordered brisket, chicken, and potato salad. The brisket was tender but too dry for my liking. The chicken as well. I like moist meat and these had me hacking and reaching for the sauce or something to drink in order to wash the meat down. But the main problem was the meat's complete lack of flavor.
