Very busy on Friday night but good bowl.

Don't get the tonkotsu bisque. It's a sad bowl of soggy noodles, salty overpowering fishy shrimp taste with 2 pieces of shrimp, 1 tiny scallop and a few bits of veggies. No lobster or snow crab, shrimp was not fresh. Horrible aftertaste that makes me feel nauseated for hours. My friends also tried the black tonkotsu and spicy miso but they were both super salty also. So my bowl wasn't the only one that was bad. Would not recommend this place.

I'm visiting Dallas from Arizona and was craving for some ramen. I decided to check Kintaro Ramen due to the great reviews. The workers are very friendly and you order from a kiosk. After you order, you find a seat and they serve the food to you. The taste of the ramen is just not for me. I'm Filipino so in our culture, we eat a lot of salty food. The soup base here is just way too salty.. I ate about half of my order. Even the bao was super salty. I wish I would have read the owner's reply to the one yelper and would have asked for the soup to have lower sodium. Welp, maybe next time.
