Friendly staff and very yum sushi! The sake selection is solid as well. It's a cozy spot to enjoy a good meal.

Very very good uni. So silky smooth and sweet. I always order one order of uni at restaurant because you know, most places are not that good. Either the color was too dull or not sweet. Some places even served uni that was still icy! Not Kisaku. I ordered two more orders

Just finished a run and was on the verge of passing out because I was absolutely starving and exhausted. I looked to my right and saw Kisaku Sushi. Filled with happiness knowing that I was going to eat, I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by the hostess who was very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and had a great atmosphere. I could feel my anticipation for some delicious food rising until.... They actually gave me the food. $22 for two rolls consisting of 4 tiny pieces each. Then I made the mistake of eating the food it was awful. The fish was dry and the ginger was most likely sitting out for several days on end. After willing myself to finish the rolls, I couldn't help but wonder why any restaurant would charge so much for something so bad. I would recommend this restaurant for people that enjoy Trader Joe's sushi or maybe a conveyer belt sushi house in a completely land locked stated like Nebraska.
