Kisso Asian Bistro [KAB]. (0.67 star). BLUF: My review is for the "Japanese Food" ONLY. I'm sure the Thai and Chinese and whatever else cuisines they have here are much better??!! "Shot through the heart And you're to blame Darlin', you give love a bad name An angel's smile is what you sell You promise me heaven, then put me through hell Chains of love got a hold on me When passion's a prison, you can't break free!" - You Gave Love A Bad Name by Bon Jovi ---------- Did you know?: Nabeyaki-udon (鍋焼きうどん) is actually a "hot pot", not a stir-fry even though yaki (焼き) in Japanese means stir-fry?! Nabe (鍋) means clay-pot in Japanese and is what is used to make and serve authentic nabeyaki udon. Although the ingredients differ from prefecture to country, the most common ingredients are tempura, kamaboko (fish cake), and (boiled) chicken. ---------- If it were up to me, I would name this place "Kiss-O-Death" Asian Bistro. KAB literally killed my desire to enjoy my beloved Japanese cuisine in Old Town!! I really really really feel that Kisso has done a HUGE disservice to the Japanese culinary wo...
