Continues to have poor service and mediocre selection. I'll continue to try their beers, hoping to find a winner. I am glad to see that smaller local breweries continue to thrive.

Not sure how this place has such good reviews, lady at the bar was BEYOND rude. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by trying to get beer. Then she told us it was happy hour, so we bought beers individually instead of purchasing tokens. Then when we checked out, she said it WASN'T happy hour and refused to honor the pricing she TOLD us we'd have. When we brought up the fact that she had told us it was happy hour, she got very mad and said very crossly "well, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO." Uhhh never come here again I guess; that's what I want to do. The beers are watered down garbage too, no depth to them. I am appalled that they would be so rude to customers who just wanted to patronize their business. Never returning.

Klaus Brewing Company was created to fill the northwest suburbs of Houston with previously absent German style beers.
