K'Lynn's Southern & Cajun Fusion in Rio Rancho

If you like it hot I recommend K'Lynns. There are not a lot of Cajun options in New Mexico.   I love this place but it's so hot.   Lol.

After enduring a long and difficult cross-country move, thieving scam artist "movers", and having to find a new place to stay with 2 days notice, my wife and I were not in a place to go out for our planned date night. In lieu of that, we decided to stay in and order food while we watched UFC 269 from home. After finding Lynn's on Google, my wife thought it would be good, especially as I've never had the chance to get gator or shrimp & grits. The best decision we could've made, by far! We got the sampler, shrimp & grits, and the jerk chicken platter w/ cornbread and beans & rice, and it was all sublime! Everything was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully, and delivery was prompt and polite. I'm genuinely excited to order again, as I love a good Po'Boy and I've always wanted to try bread pudding, but more than anything, thank you Lynn's, for turning our day around!

I think K'Lynn's Southern & Cajun Fusion restaurant in Rio Rancho N.M. is a hidden jewel!Their menu items are soulfully made and are truly finger-lickin-delicious! It's a cozy, unpretentious eatery that seems to be on the 'come-up'! I've dined at the nationally known "Sweetie Pie's" restaurant, in St. Louis MO, but I'd choose the fresh-made menu selections of K'Lynn's every time! The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner-chef, Karen Johnson-Bey, will personally greet you and welcome you to K'Lynn's. What a special touch! Prices are easy on the pocket. Menu selections are enticing and authentic! The restaurant appears to operate efficiently despite the ups and downs of statewide 'rules' involving COVID-19 precautions. They've been operating at this location since 2016. I think I'm being witness to the start of something kinda cool! Can't wait for an Albuquerque location to happen! I plan to frequent K'Lynn's often!
