Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Ammon

I asked the attendant if there were any dinner rolls left. She looked at me as though I asked a stupid question and said, with a dazed look, "I don't think so", as if to say, we don't make such things here. I was immediately turned off. We asked what kind of pies they had in the display case. She walked over annoyed and went though the names of the pies with her head facing the floor and mumbled the names of the pies through her mask. Both my husband and I could NOT understand her. She repeated, this time pulling her mask down looking very put out. Does she not want to sell the pies? I dunno. Could it be because I'm Asian and obviously not white? Or is she just this dismissive equally to all the customers? I will never know because this Kneaders in Ammon, Idaho SUCKS and I don't want to ever return to find out. I was excited to try the place and was quickly disappointed. I had the turkey and artichoke pannini. It was beyond greasy. I expect panninis to be crisp on the outside. I was unable to finish it do to the amount of grease. Another issue was the music was inappropriately loud and very hard to talk. Very disappointed

Kneaders has been a part of our birthday breakfast tradition for the last 7 years! Today we're celebrating my wife's birthday and they still haven't let us down! The food is always great! Today our service was more on point than ever!  The servers are usually too busy to check on you, which is understandable, but today was different. I believe it was a manager that came out and got us our extra orders of the endless French toast and pancakes! She was super nice and pleasant!! Go to Kneaders because it's awesome!!
