Always good, as is their namesake. Prices on par for scratch kitchen. Another staple of Ann Arbor, nothing fancy, definitely consistent. Service staff is friendly and lively.

Knight's is classic American cuisine done right. Like many "American" restaurants it has burgers and steaks, soups and salads, and staples like fish and chips and club sandwiches. Most of the restaurants that fall in the same category are successful because they don't rock the boat, sticking to the reliable classics that help them maintain a steady, if aged, clientele.
