HORRIBLE customer service. The consistency is not there. Sauces were not labeled so I did not know which was which. Chicken was fresh but my Mac n cheese was cold and the fries were not fresh. Was told food would be ready in 10-15 minutes but the food was not ready for 25 minutes!

They say they gave me “free” okra??? The online site gave me the option for it. As A PAYING customer you could have let me know when I arrived. But the people there are RUDE and disrespectful. Is it my fault as a PAYING customer that YOUR system is flawed? Communication is KEY. The owner of this place is ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE…. if you want good customer service, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
