Yesterday I ordered lunch of braised beef which was the worst meal I have had in ages.I have previously enjoyed this dish.The carrots and beans were raw and resisted 3 minutes in the microwave.The mashed potatoes were watery and tasteless.The meat was tolerable.I think I am entitled to a full refund and an apology.

Had a great time at Knolls restaurant with my family. Service was very friendly and on point. Ordered the lobster mac n cheese and famous white pizza. My family order various other dishes. All the food came out perfect! Would definitely come back and bring my family. Good vibes.
