We were in Ridgeland for work and wanted a nice evening out. We made a reservation and upon arrival decided to grab a drink in the bar area while waiting for our table. Kevin our waiter asked what we were drinking. I asked for a Pinot Noir and let him pick. It was a perfect choice and along with our dinner and dessert. Kevin impressed us from the beginning and we decided to stay at the bar and let him wait on us. He made a lasting impression to when we go back we'll be asking for him when we go. The food and dessert was amazing.

We went for our anniversary dinner before going to see a movie. We were immediately sat and ordered our drinks and appetizer (lobster roll- meh) that took a while to get to the table. Our waitress told us she was a little off that night but we rolled with it. Ordered our dinner- salmon, halibut both topped with crabmeat and side of scalloped potatoes with the amaretto cheesecake and bread pudding- then that took forever, so finally after being there for a little over an hour we asked them to just box it up because we had to go. We get home and don't have the scalloped potatoes we ordered and don't have the crabmeat toppings on our fish. I'm sorry but when you pay over $200, leave a $36 tip and don't get at least $20 worth of what you ordered it's extremely frustrating.

I ordered a Ribeye with scallops. It came with a side salad. The scallops and salad were good. The ribeye was the worst I’ve ever had!!! Shame on Koestler Prime for serving such an over cooked steak. It was so tough! I will not go back!
