I scheduled Kool Zone food truck/trailer for my building and promoted it to over 300 employees. They arrived late, said their generator wasn’t working so it needed gas and would be right back, but they never returned. Very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend booking them for any event.

Kool Zone food truck was supposed to attend a fundraiser I was hosting in Leesburg, Va. The morning of the event they explained they were on their way. My contact stated that the truck should have been at the event. The truck never showed up. I was so looking forward to having them at the event. In the end, we had no food at our event.
