OUT OF BUSINESS!!! So sad that this great neighborhood bar closed its doors. Going to miss the bartender, the pickle plate and super interesting drinks. We didn't even get a chance to say goodbye.

Absolutely love Korochka Tavern. The women that own the bar are super rad, the cocktails are awesome, and the dumplings are SO GOOD. Love this spot.

I enjoyed this place. I showed up here hungry and thirsty after a long walk up Lake City Way.First off, was impressed with the intimate feel of this place. I am from Montenegro and this place felt like a piece of home. Granted, that it is not completely authentic. But they make a real attempt to replicate an authentic experience. Beet infused vodka, Pelmeni and carrot salad? Yes please and a Montenegro spritzer. Delicious. Will it be the same as back home? No, but appreciate the effort. My bartender was lovely, telling me of her recent trip to Kotor, Montenegro. I was impressed with the genuine caring showed by the staff, sometimes one needs a place where you feel welcome. Overall, nice place to have a great drinks and Russian oriented snacks.
