Bad, just simply bad. Of course that was last winter so maybe the food has gotten better. I won't be going back though, just terrible. What the hell kind of friend chicken was that anyhow? Did you get that recipe from Cotton BBQ...another place right down the road that had the worst food ever, bar none.

Ok. Limited menu. Beers cold and the service was good. Had the catfish taco which was ok, had the sausages app which was ok too. Nothing exciting or exceptional here. Just your run of the mill restaurant by the lake

Seating Nazi. My husband and I live close to the Kowaliga Restaurant. Each time we have eaten there-which has not been often as the food is just average for the price, we are met with the same hostile head hostess whom we affectionately or not so affectionately refer to as "the seating Nazi".
