We were told we'd get a call or text in 20-25 minutes. After 30 we decided to look for another place to eat. I thought I hit 9 to cancel when we decided to look elsewhere but I did not. So it's now an 9:35pm and no call or text for what we were told would be a 25 minute wait. If you're going to implement a wait system make sure it works or the staff who are are supposed to call when a table is available actually do.

They always have slightly slow service but other than that everything is amazing

Both my spouse and I were wanting burgers for dinner. Instead of buying from a chain, we decided to do something local. Kreggers at Hand had good reviews and the pictures looked good. So we ordered from them via Uber Eats. It wasn't long after the food arrived that we realized we made a big mistake. I had The Truffler and he had the classic. Mine was a double. He got the fries as his side and I got the friend green beans and Mac and cheese, which was raved about online. My burger patties were cooked for so long that I could not use a FORK to cut them and were as dry as a bone. I had to use a serrated knife. His burger was a bit better but not by much. The "fried" green beans turned out to be pan sautéed. I was expecting the ones that are breaded and fried. The Mac and cheese was average at best. The items I asked them to leave off of his burger were on the burger. SMH With so many burger places to choose from, this will be one that we never choose again. McDonald's would have been a million times better. If you want to "have it your way", go elsewhere.
