I always eat at this place whenever I am on this side of town. It has yet to fail me. Great food and customer service.

I've never tried Haitian food before, and I don't want to give a bad impression of the rest of the menu when all we tried were the lunch specials. Looking at reviews, the price went up multiple times this year. Instead of the original $3.99, the small side portions of stew and rice were raised to $6 each. The meat was disproportionate to the rice, so I ran out of it very quickly, and it was not boneless - so chew a lot before you swallow! I have had Haitian food from quite a few restaurants, but Kreyol Kafe & Bakery is the best!!! The minute you walk in the restaurant you're greeted pleasantly. Most importantly - their food is amazing!!!
