Krispy Kreme in Houston

The customer service was great. I love seeing the lady that works in the morning and exchanging smiles and positive vibes with her. I travel quite a ways to go there and it bummed me out to find put that they didn't have what I wanted available (assortment of minis). It happened twice . If I was close it wouldn't of bothered me but that isn't this case. Otherwise the food (upon availability), drinks and service is great as for the morning shift!

0.0 - Worst Experience ever. Place was filthy. The WORST service, The WORST employees, WORST food quality. Tried calling KK corporate, no luck. This place will be out of business in months....

My family has been long time fans of Krispy Kreme for a long time. We have gone there four times recently and been horrified at each experience. Most recently on November 19th, my husband went to pick up two dozen donuts in the morning for my son's school. No one was there when the store was suppose to be open. Someone eventually came to open. My husband had to wait over an hour even though he was the first customer there at time of opening! On another day, we went during their opening time, there was a line of people outside and no one inside. It was not a holiday and there were no signs. Customers eventually left upset and without donuts. Today is my son's birthday and we went to pick up donuts. We were sold very old donuts, definitely not made today or maybe even yesterday. The donuts tasted weird and were off. We had to throw them away. I have on numerous occasions bought a dozen and ate some the next day. Today's donuts didn't taste like day old donuts. Krispy Kreme management needs to hire more reliable people. After so many bad experiences and bad donuts, I will not be going back to this Krispy Kreme.
