Staff were very friendly and helpful. He gave our kid a Krispy Kreme hat and took pictures for our family. Needless to say we loved the valentines special dozens and purchased two boxes. The presentation of the box was well done, great as a gift.

My only complaint about Krispy Kreme donuts is that for some reason management has disallowed tips, for the exceptional kind, polite customer service, that i experienced when i go there. Shame on them... If a customer wants to tip an employee then that should be there right! And it is that simple!So what's up with that management? Feel free to contact, I would truly like to understand the lack of concern for customers rights, to do what they feel is appropriate.Which I believe is called helping another human. Last we forget we are all here together...
