I did online delivery and fraudulent charges were made on my debit card at Kroger. Evidence was presented and management shifted the blame on Instacart. I bought my groceries in the Kroger app online I never interacted with instacart, they only delivered to my house. It’s the Kroger employee that made fraudulent charges in the store. They did nothing except blame instacart. No refund, no store credit, no apology, no accountability! I had to go thru the hassle of canceling my bank card and waiting 2 weeks for a new one. They’ve lost a very loyal customer, I’m rocking with HEB
