I have used clicklist weekly for over a year now and have had great experiences. Tonight, I did not. The order that I placed on Sunday should have held for pick up through today. Upon arriving tonight, I was told that my order had been cancelled and restocked. Customer service connected me to a manager who was very rude and lied to me about the store trying to contact me. She offered no solution to the problem and acted like I had inconvenienced her by calling to voice my concerns. This Kroger is so convenient for me, but from now on, I’ll be driving to another grocery store to do my shopping.

Entered the Kroger Marketplace in Powell the very first day it opened. They always have everything I need/want and their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't shopped any other grocery store or Walmart since Kroger opened September 2016.
