Krystal in Knoxville

The food was bland. I got the new loaded tater tóts and a chicken fríed steak Krystal. Ít was cold, and they neglected to hand out straws. Other than that, it was served with a smile! I'll give them brownie points for that!

Went to The broadway location. The Food took forever, they left out half of my order, so I knocked on the door and told them what i was missing, a guy came out and searched my bags to make sure i didn't have them, brought me inside the closed lobby with my receipt to have me tell someone else what i was missing... The white girl with dark hair was rude as heck and practically called me a liar because she "made them and bagged them herself" and knew that I had them.. after one guy had already searched the bags himself. Then said that I wasn't allowed in the lobby and shouldn't have came in, after I was let in the locked door. Only one that made it a little better was Jeff, He came out and was actually calm & professional, asked me what I was missing, took care of it and offered me a free meal my next visit. Girl shouldn't work with the public if she's going to accuse customers of lying because of her mess up. First time I've even been to krystals in a very long time and won't be back to that location.

Took forever to get our food and only got part of what we paid for won't be returning to this location
