I worked at a small local ramen place like Kuma Ani and I know how hard it is. Early mornings and late nights. The owners are always here and they make some of the best ramen I've ever had. Extremely good quality. I've had ramen all over the east coast and some very pretentious places in NYC and Kuma Ani is easily the best of them all. If you're looking for authentic ramen this isn't it but it is a good fast food ramen spot. The pork buns have more bun than pork.
