Just purchased a large thai tea. It was packed with so much ice that I only took three sips before my drink was done. This is a terrible business practice and greedy. You filled up the cup with so much ice that I didn't get much product. When I went to say something and show them my ice filled cup, they were nasty about not being able to accommodate me stating that next time I have to verbally tell them "less ice". Won't be a next time. Hope this greedy business tanks.

I'm a tea lover but more of the traditional and various cultural tea ceremonies. This cookie cutter fast food style tea store only caught my attention because of a coupon. I love a good coupon but it was a little too much work for me, an impatient person. I had to create an account within the Kung Fu tea app. UGH. After fiddling with that for a few I was annoyed because the app wasn't the easiest to navigate. Once in I had a offer for $1 off during'happy hour'...
