Kuppers is off the boardwalk,but he has been catering and man was our event fun and delicious!!! Chicken,hamburgers,cheese steaks and of course fries! Only time we can get his fries is by having an event . He said he may still open a new location,would be great since I have been loyal customer for 30 years ,when he and his brother started in Seaside Park boardwalk before the fire. I have to admit I was so surprised he had such a selection of food that he never made at his stand??? Guess he couldn't, due to so many other stands with that type of food?? Well we have someone special for our catering,down by the beach.
