The service is great and prompt. Ordered few dishes to go. The Mongolian beef is full of umami flavor, and the beef is tender. The Chicken and Shrimp Hibachi is very good, cooked just right, lots of good flavors. The Crab Rangoons and the Spring rolls are good, not greasy and very crunchy as they should be. The cooked food is great. The sushi is just okay. The sushi is same as you get from grocery store.

Kylin's has the best sushi we have had in NC! One of the rolls we had was the Manhattan Roll which was excellent. The other meals that our party got were excellent as well. The waitstaff was very friendly and efficient. Don't let its size deceive you. It is in a small strip mall with easy access to Rte 1. This is a great find.
