Finally had a chance to sink my teeth into these birria tacos and they did not disappoint. We got an order of the regular tacos, Hell Fire tacos and the birria ramen. Loved the flavor and tenderness of the meat. Warning…the Hell Fire tacos are HOT but so good. As was the ramen. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

My coworker: Starla, do you like tacos or burritos. Me: *Taco Bell tacos float through my mind* I like burritos. Coworkers: ?!?!?! For the first time today, I have switched to team taco after trying La Birria's tacos. After seeing so many birria tacos on FB Marketplace, I totally had to try them when in the area. It. Was. Worth. It. Yes it was $12 for three tacos, but the beef was so tender juicy and soft! How tender? My 18 month old with only 8 teeth could eat the beef! He loved it! The tacos were slightly crunchy and it complemented the the soft beef. Filled with cilantro, cheese, and onions, the tacos were flavorful. I usually throw away cilantro 100% of the time, but it really added more flavor to the tacos. The consome was savory and tangy which also matched perfectly to the tacos. I am totally gonna get noodles the next time! Note!! If you don't finish all your consome, fish for some meat on the bottom! The bugga is so good! I'm a tiny bit sad I didn't get to try their horchata but their agua fresca (pineapple flavor) was so good! It was like pineapple juice minus the tang. I went to visit at 1:00ish on a Tuesday so there was no line. I can imagine the line can get crazy on weekends/holidays. Overall, I'd totally grab their tacos again. I think (and if my wallet will allow it) I'd totally get two orders for myself next time! Be sure to check them out!
