This place is great. Food was good and menudo was satisfying. Service was great. Small place but those are usually the best. Prices are reasonable. Need better parking though.

This is the best of old school tex mex. Nothing fancy, just good food is at a good price. Don't expect Ritas and fajitas...look for old fashioned combination plates.

I drive from Katy to enjoy their menu and I have yet to try something I don't like. Service is great, food is fresh and the carne guisada is like I'm used to (with no potatoes). La Carreta is my weekend breakfast spot.
