Mi Cocina restaurant needs the owner to please follow up on a major complaint. I am so disgusted how I was so rudely addressed by an elderly woman. I have tried on numerous occasions to speak to the owner. I have left my name phone number and still no response. I don't believe everyone that works there is aware of the incident that happened to me. I know customer service is so important. Apparently not that evening. It initially started when I did a phone order. An elderly lady took my order and repeated my order back to me precisely. I told her perfect amazing job she thanked me.
