Great food and great service always fast

We were visiting from Del Rio, Texas and stopped here for dinner. No wait time. Service was excellent. Chips, salsa, guacamole and queso were delicious. Ordered carne al carbon tacos (beef) and beef fajita quesadillas. The beef from the carne al carbon and the beef fajita from the quesadillas were very, very, very tough. So tough that i had to chew each piece of meat for about 10 minutes to be able to swallow, and even then I was afra...

We are from the Dallas area. It is hard to find good gorditas where we live. So while traveling, we came to eat at La Fiesta Grande on Ross, In Amarillo. The food here is excellent! The gorditas were the best I've had in years! We also tried the fried avocados. We were greatly pleased. The staff is so nice and the restaurant clean and neat. I would recommend it highly!
