I am writing this review with pure satisfaction as I was treated very kindly by Gloria who is the manager at this location. Yesterday I left a complaint on the company’s website regarding my visit, and today Gloria called to check in on me. She kindly asked what happened and reassured me that this should not have happened. She invited me over to the restaurant to apologize for the service and happily reimbursed me for the missing items. As a customer, I understand services cannot always be perfect, but I’m very grateful for Gloria’s response.
