la Madeleine in Houston

I love LaMadeline, most of the time but recently I have had 3 meals in a row with COLD food.I ordered cream of mushroom soup. So delicious but it had not been warmed at all. The lady I spoke with was very nice and took care of it.2nd time was the egg white veggie omelet.I waited a long time and finally stopped someone and said i was still waiting. She brought it back right away. It was very yellow, I was going to eat it anyway until i found it was ice cold!Next time I ordered the french dip sandwich. The jus was cold. I took it to the counter and asked if it could be microwaved a bit. I was told no but she would get me another bow, which i watched her dispense from a coffee type thermos with the pump on top, the sam place the original cold broth was from so I just got another bowl of the same. I said its okay just give me a to go bowl and i can heat it up at home. She shrugged and said okay and handed the empty to go bowl with the bowl of cold broth.The food is still great but they really need either better staff or management.From now on Ill just request my food to be hot please.

Katy is excellent! Her customer service is unmatched, regardless if you’re a hungry customer or delivery driver. 5 stars!!!

How can La Madeleine Kingwood still be open with the service that they provide to the customers. Very rude employees that don't care to even acknowledge the customer. No leadership. And snappy attitudes. Not to mention no inventory of desserts at dinner time of all times. And the desserts that we did get were just thrown into a box. The GM of this establishment/location should be ashamed of how this store runs.
