The ice cream was amazing and a special treat. So glad I went there and tried it out. Thank you for the hospitality.

Let me start by saying this is one of my favorite ice cream places, but today I was so disappointed.  I stop by with my daughter after her soccer practice, we wanted to get an elote.  I order an elote with everything on it.  It took a while to get it but when I did it looked delicious went to my car to eat it and it literally took me about 10 minutes to eat a quarter of my elote.  My first bite painful it was about 200F hot or hotter I couldn't even eat it, my mouth was burning so bad,  used to work in a kitchen I know that,  that particular elote was put in the microwave for a few minutes therefore it was super hot and the corn was whole so the heat was stuck inside the corn unable to cool off that's why the corn stay so hot for such a long time. I wasn't gonna say anything but I worry that if they would've of given the same elote to a kid, the child would've been burn badly  the guy inside tried to to denied they warm up the elotes in the microwave but in the microwave is the only way it would be extremely hot.  Food that is boil in a pot with water even if it's boiling water does not reach that high of temperature.   Please be careful when you eat elotes th...

Came to visit my sister who lives right by La Michoacana. It was hot af!!! And i was craving some paletad naturales. But i ended up getting the milk made ones instead It was me and my niece and a small group of 4 who were waiting before us. I was surprised it wasn't busier as it's summer time and this place is usually pretty busy. But.....it wasn't and the employees were taking their sweet sweet time  it was almost as if they were all on break. From time to time you'd see one of them come to the front only to grab something and then go back to the back. I was very confused on why they were so slow. But whatever we weren't going to be like "HELLO!!!" Anyways one of the employees finally came to the front  to help us. I got one arroz con leche palelta (9/10) and one green juice ( yes a green juice to balance out the paleta) and my niece got the tequila paleta? ( she gave it a 6/10) and we got medium sized nachos to share (2/10) the nacho cheese tasted very odd. I wish my paleta had more raisins in it. Instead it was only two and the rest was chunks of rice. My niece said she didn't like how complicated the plastic was to take off Love the green juice. I wish they put on the menu what exactly is in the juices. But it tasted like cucumber, celery and could not put my finger on what else. But nonetheless, we'll return because we really like the variety of their menu.
