To Ruben J. You have an employee with the most disgusting attitude. TBA on her name as I find out who it is, although she is older (late 40s) and wears lots of rings. I ordered nuez & fresa and she was like doble? I'm like yes.. "una y una" then I walk to look for other flavors & I see 2 different cups with 2 scoops of each after.. I was like " oh I'm sorry, you said "doble & I said una y una." She looks at me, rolls her eyes and makes me feel super uncomfortable as she remakes it. I ordered another ice cream and had to double confirm for assurance & yet still gives me an ugly attitude. Either she learns to respect her customers or FIRE her. Ice cream is delicious, but hostile environment.

Super disappointed in this location. The worst customer service I have ever had at any of the La Michoacána locations. The female server was rude, not polite at all, was annoyed & bothered by every request by rolling her eyes and ignoring me. I asked for a specific biónico with no apples or melon due to unable to have it, I requested strawberries in place of it and told her I'd pay extra for it since their bionico's do not have it already included and was told I couldn't do that without getting permission so she asked and was told no. To top it off after I specifically said I couldn't have specific fruit she still tried making it with that fruit. What if I was allergic to it. Because I was not allowed to pay for strawberries in my biónico I refused to get it. Why would anyone refuse a paying customer??? At the end she gave my friend...
