The waitress was rude and didn't get in a hurry for anything. We waited almost 30 mins for a refill on our drinks, but when asked the waitress said " well, just wait." I understand that they were busy, but she walked by multiple times with pitchers in her hand and never once offered to refill our drinks even when asked multiple times.
