Based upon my three experiences, the food at La Provence is good, and the outdoor garden setting is quite pleasant. However, being an expert on COVID-19 education, I masked up walking through the small indoor restaurant. My wife and I were surprised that we were the only ones wearing masks, including staff (except for our waiter). There is no such requirement, nor are the staff required to be vaccinated. That means that any of their team, including those in the kitchen, or diners, could have symptomatic COVID-19 or be a carrier, putting everyone, including the vaccinated, at risk. I politely called to the attention of the host the CDC, Pennsylvania, and Montgomery County Guidelines: "Montgomery County continues to recommend masks be worn at indoor public spaces. Masks are required or staff and visitors to all county buildings and facilities. montcopa.org/CivicAlerts… ; The host gave me attitude, indicating they follow mandates, not recommendations. Really? Not to save lives? If you are risk-adverse, beware
